ChemCentre’s Outreach and Education program aims to foster greater appreciation and understanding of chemistry within our community by offering a range of engagement opportunities for school, university and community groups and the general public.
Throughout the year we host laboratory tours at our facilities in Bentley and our team of scientists and science communicators also present school and community events. In addition, through collaboration with other Western Australian science engagement teams, we are proud to participate and offer a variety of new and exciting events to you each year, find out more below.
Please note that we have now reached capacity for school excursion-based visits to our Bentley office for 2025.
If you are interested in hosting a ChemCentre incursion at your school or organisation, we welcome you to submit a request through our outreach application process. Please be aware that school incursion bookings are currently full until late September 2025, and all requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
