The introduction of the State Procurement Act 2020 effective from 1 June 2021, has streamlined the process for government agencies seeking chemical analysis services, chemical risk reviews or advice. 

What does this mean for your Agency?

If your agency decides to seek a quote from ChemCentre, you will NOT be required to go through a formal Request for Quote process.

This streamlined process applies to procurements of any value.

How do I get a quote from ChemCentre?

To further simplify the process of doing business with ChemCentre, we can also provide a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) template. We aim to provide you with an MOU within 1-3 working days.

This means your agency would not need to seek out multiple quotes for a sampling program conducted several times over an extended period.
