ChemCentre will be open Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Excluding weekends and public holidays).
ChemCentre will be closed on:
- Christmas Day – Thursday, 25 December 2025
- Boxing Day – Friday, 26 December 2025
- New Year’s Day – Thursday, 1 January 2026
Over the festive season, we will have limited staff coverage from Friday, 29 December 2025, to Friday, 2 January 2026.
Urgent Projects:
The weeks before Christmas are usually very busy, so if you have any urgent work, please let us know early.
We will endeavour to continue to meet turnaround times quoted, but please be aware that this may not always be possible during the Christmas break.
Sample Submission:
Samples will not be accepted on Wednesday, 24 December 2025, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Samples will be accepted on all other days that we are open.
Samples for BOD analysis must be submitted on or before Thursday, 18 December 2025
